ONLINE CHANGES IN SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
You can make a size, model or color change for each order placed completely free of charge for the first change, the second and subsequent changes will cost €4.90. To do this, follow the following instructions:
Send an email with your order number to compra@9mas5shop.com indicating that you want to make a change to your order.
We will send you a label to stick on your package. Then we will go to your shipping address to deliver your new order and take the one you return to us.
9MÁS5 reserves the right not to accept more than one free exchange for each order placed by the customer.
ONLINE RETURNS IN SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
To return your order, follow the following instructions:
Send an email with your order number to compra@9mas5shop.com indicating that you want to return your order.
We will send you a label that you must print and stick on the brown packaging box with which you received your order.
We will pick up the order at the shipping address.
COSTS IN SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
9MÁS5 is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is our error or in the case of a defect), but we will help manage it at all times. The transport costs assumed by the customer related to the return of an order will be €4.90 for each order that is returned. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the payment method you used at the time of purchase.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer has the obligation to exchange the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be exchanged must be in the same condition in which it was received by the Customer. Additionally, the customer must change any other product associated with their order that had been delivered as part of any promotion.
RETURN OF THE AMOUNT
9MÁS5 will proceed to refund the amount paid, once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification by the client. All returns will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.
INTERNATIONAL (Includes the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
If you wish, you can change and/or return your order within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) calendar days from receipt of your order.
INTERNATIONAL ONLINE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To make a change in size, model or color you must return the order/item you want to change and make a new purchase of the product you want to receive. To do this, please follow the following instructions:

We will send you a label that you must print and paste on the packaging box in which you received your order.
Purchase the product for which you wish to change your order through our website.
Please remember to write Att: RETURN AND REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure a quick journey through any customs office it may pass through. Failure to indicate this information may cause a delay in the return and in the worst case the customs office will send the package back to your address.
COSTS

You can make an exchange and/or return completely free of charge within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) calendar days from receipt of your order. To do this, follow the following instructions:
