How to measure yourself
FOLLOW OUR ADVICE
- Chest: Measure around the widest part of your chest.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.
- Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips, usually around the widest part of your buttocks.
In all cases make sure that the tape measure is parallel to the floor and not too tight or too loose.
